I got an email that I could download a new version of the file for this product. But, I don't remember ever buying it or downloading it, and I don't see it anywhere on my assets page in my account.
Can you clarify?

This email was sent to you in error. Rather than just going to the people who own the PDF, it was also accidentally sent to many people who do not have it.
It seems someone forgot to double check her settings before hitting "send". I'm not naming any names, of course. That would be mean. :)
