Glamered armor

Rules Questions

from PRD : Glamered: Upon command, a suit of glamered armor changes shape and appearance to assume the form of a normal set of clothing. The armor retains all its properties (including weight) when it is so disguised. Only a true seeing spell or similar magic reveals the true nature of the armor when disguised.

since it say that the armor actually change shape , can we assume that a medium or heavy armor in *cloth mode* wont make someone fatigued after sleeping in it ?

That appears to me to be just bad wording. Glamers are Illusions, they only change sensory qualities. Also the armor retains all its properties when so disguised. In this case, only the visual sensory quality is being affected, therefore, sleeping in this glamered suit of medium or heavy armor would in fact lead to fatigue.

Nope, because it retains it's weight and armor properties. All glamered does is make it look like it isn't armor.

The Exchange

On pg. 50 of the Pathfinder Society Field guide there is a 5000 gp armor property called comfort armor which allows you to sleep in your armor along with some other stuff. Check with your GM if he / she will allow that in your game.

Grand Lodge

An armored coat is handy as an easy to don armor.
