Human Barbarian / Cleric with Celerity Domain and Boots of Striding and Springing

Rules Questions

Do all of these movement bonuses stack?

Barbarian (Fast Movement) = Base move of 40'
Add Celerity Domain = Base move of 50'
Add Boots = Base move of 60'

Thanks!

Travel domain?

If so, then yes, they'd stack. Striding and Springing is an enhancement bonus I believe, the Travel domain bonus is untyped, and the Barbarian bonus specifically says that it stacks with anything else. So there's no conflict there.

Ok, thanks. What happens when the priestess also casts Expeditious Retreat (a domain spell for her). Does that stack as well?

Expeditious Retreat is an enhancement bonus to speed, as are the boots.

Expeditious REtreat overrides the +10 from the boots, so the total is going to be 30 + 10 (barb) + 10 (travel domain) + 30 Expeditious Retreat = 80.

Expeditious Retreat is an enhancement bonus, so it wouldn't stack with the boots, but it would stack with the domain and barbarian abilities.

Just for general reference: Bonuses to an ability of same type (enhancement, racial, sacred, etc.) don't stack. You just use the highest one available. Untyped bonuses always stack as do dodge bonuses to Armor Class and circumstance bonuses if granted by different circumstances.
