So, I'm kinda toying with the idea of maximizing my ability scores, and I ran across the synthesis summoner idea...
Could I essentially play something like a Magus/Summoner and dump my Str/Dex/Con and max my Wis/int/Cha and gain my Eidolon's Str/Dex/Con scores with a level 1 synth summoner multi class, maximizing all my ability scores and allowing me to use Martial + Light armor with magus levels?

Your eidolon form is going to have a miserably low HP which I'll grant doesn't matter that much when you can sacrifice your own HP to keep it up. But then your a frontliner with bleow average HP which is not good.
You can't use armor...period. You gain no benefit from wearing armor under your eidolon suit and you can't put armor over the top of your form and since your eidolon form won't be progressing it won't gain its need AC bumps.
You use the Eidolon saves which will be based on crappy DEX and CON of the eidolon form.
The only way you can heal the eidolon HP is using the summoners heal eidolon spells of which you won't have many of with only a level 1 dip.
with level 1 summoner you don't have the spell to summon your eidolon on the fly so if you lose it, e.g. you get knocked out you won't be able to resummon till the next day meaning its quite possible you can get stuck with your crappy low STR/DEX/CON and have no way to compensate.
So yeah my advice would be look elsewhere for your 1 level dip

Phasics is correct: summoner is a poor choice for a multiclass character, even in situations where a character is primarily a summoner and picks up a few other levels in something else. In fact, several valid arguments can be, and likely have been, made that declare it the worst multiclass choice in the game.

Actually, IMO systhesis/magus(myrmidarch)/monk(flowing monk, monk of the iron mountain) could work quite well. Take an peri-blooded aasimar as your race. Replace the spell-like ability trait to get a +2 wis. With a 25 point buy this should give you the following stats.
Str:9
Con:8
Dex:8
Int:18
Wis:18
Cha:18
Now for the class breakdown I would suggest 2 monk/5 magus/13 summoner. For your eidolon take serpent form with the limbs evolution. Build to the dervish dance feat for scimitar use. Other feats that you want are intensify spell(for shocking grasp with spell strike), augment summoning and extra evolutions. Use your evolutions to get improved natural AC and + dex. I also like the broad study arcanum so you can spell strike with your summoner spells. The fight should go something like this: summon a few creatures the first few rounds, staying out of melee. Summon eidolon and move in to attack. Your AC will be very high since it is your eidolons AC + int + wis. You can spell strike, flank with summoned creatures, etc. Playing this character now in our game and having a blast doing it and we are still low level.
At higher level you will +17 BAB with a nice mixture of spells and lots of extra creatures to play with.
