Dwarf pally help

Advice

So in a few days here im going to be in another game and have decided to play a dwarven paladin of tourag with the trait that gives you sr equal to 5+ your char. Lvl. And the hospitaler and warrior of the holy light archetypes to make myself not only one hell of a melee fighter but also the partys second healer, plus being able to help heal will help out in rping to possibly get some info from a dying npc. Just really looking for suggestions on how to make my pally. He will be weilding a warhammer in 2 hands no shield. Help me out please

I wouldn't recommend trading Hardy for Magic Resistant. Remember, your own party is going to have to break through your Spell Resistance to buff or heal you unless you drop it with a standard action (read: waste your turn). Enemy spellcasters are very, very rarely be bothered by it. Spellcasting enemies are generally going to have a CL at least equal to your level, if not higher. That means things are still getting through 75% of the time. Add in Spell Penetration or a slightly higher CL, and you have traded a useful racial trait for something that will annoy your friends and rarely bother your enemies.

The archetypes are definitely options, though I would not personally use either. Hospitaler gives up half of their daily smite attempts (one of the Paladin's greatest powers) for a weak version of channeling, and the extremely powerful Aura of Justice for the less impressive Aura of Healing. If you want to heal, you've already got Lay on Hands. If you want to do it more, carry a Wand of Cure Light Wounds. It isn't like you are going to be wasting turns in combat healing folks, anyway.

Of course, if you take Warrior of Holy Light, you can't use that Wand any more. That is a pretty huge loss, as are the rest of the Paladin's spellcasting goodies. Power of Faith isn't bad by any means, and it is much less bookkeeping, but the versatility of true spellcasting is more powerful.

For other advice, there is an old Paladin guide here, and a new one under construction here. They are way more thorough than I could ever be.

So I think I've decided to scrap the dwarf for a pally and do a half orc with a falchion

GREENBLOODS YEAH ! More power to you, it will drive your more narrow-minded bethren crazy. If you´re still talking about a Pally, that is.
Anyways, i would maybe suggest a greatsword in earlier levels, also more paladin-like.
