Is it possible to skip selecting a feat at 1st level and wait until 2nd level? The reason I'm asking is I'm looking at a 3/4 BAB build and at 1st level you have +0 BAB. The interesting feats I'm after have a requirement of +1 BAB.
I would not be surprised if this is not allowed but just wanted to make certain.

Fighters can retrain their bonus feats at later levels. Of course, then you'd have to be playing a fighter.
For what it's worth, one of the developers has stated that the way he'd like it to work is that you could take feats before meeting the prereqs, and they just wouldn't be active until you did. He then clarified that that's not the way it currently does work, however.
