I have been reading over these forums all week tweaking out my character and maybe cause its 5 AM and I havent gone to bed yet or just cause Im lazy and dont want to look back over the Magus Guides 850+ posts, but can someone tell me if I am misremembering (Thanks for this word Roger Clemens) but is there a way to get 15d6 with a 30d6 crit? Or is that just the way people are stating an intensified empowered Shocking grasp? instead of sayind 10d6+50%

You got it right.
Now let's hope you don't roll that amazing damage and your DM tells you "immune to electricity" ;-)
Alternatively, you can get 30d6 with a x3 weapon without the empowered...

So I am a highly functioning sleep deprived person... 4th night this week less than 5 hours sleep good thing I been like this for years and my lack of sleep wasn't playing tricks on me! I still got my $#!+ together. I was starting to wonder if it was getting information overload. Seriously been on these forums and in my books reading for 5-6 days. My mom stopped by and asked if I was going back to college since I had my comp projecting on my big screen, i got books spread out across the living room and Im flipping around bookmarking things on my ipad. Sorry Mom no, but this is serious business to me ;p
I actually thought about an Orc Sorcerer pick up via Eldrict Heritage, but I would have to take a (IMO) useless Skill focus: Survival and bump Charisma to 13 for the feat. With the Stats I rolled It would drop my Wis to an 11 and move my Cha to 12. So I would have to drop 2 ability points into this to not lose my Will Save and be eligible for the feat. I know that extra damage would be nice, but thats leaning towards a lil to much sacrifice for me. Any opinions on it? I will post my build idea and construction later. I want to look over it one more tyme before I post something and have people yelling at me that its not legal. I have a few prolly DM perogative Feat choices that might make me reconsider the current build, but I see nothing wrong with it just handcuffs me for the first few lvls. Im willing to take a chance for the long term greatness I am invisioning for this build. Thanks for the quick responses.
Anyone know how the Spell Perfection would work in this combo? I know it says it doubles the numeric component of the spell, but would that mean a 10d6 Intensifies shocking grasp becomes a 20d6 Perfect Intensified shcoking grasp? I know you can mix Meta feats on a spell as long as you can cast that spell LVL... SO Could you cast a Maximize(+3) Empowered (+2) Spell Perfect (-1) Intensified (+1) Shocking Grasp (1) as a LvL 6 spell?

Yes. You can mix and match your feats so long as you do not exceed your maximum caster level. That is why the trait Magical Lineage is amazing on a magus!
"Magical Lineage: One of your parents was a gifted spellcaster who not only used metamagic often, but also developed many magical items and perhaps even a new spell or two—and you have inherited a fragment of this greatness. Pick one spell when you choose this trait. When you apply metamagic feats to this spell, treat its actual level as 1 lower for determining the spell’s final adjusted level."
-Advanced Players Guide, Page 329.
(Choose Shocking Grasp)
And now, you can cast your Maximized, Empowered, Spell Perfect, Intensified, Shocking Grasp in your level 5 spell slot ... or more importantly, your Intensified (+1) Shocking Grasp (1) with Magical Lineage (-1) is now a level 1 spell slot.

Don't forget. If you take Critical Strike arcana at level 12, a crit would mean a second Shocking Grasp which could also be Critical, Intensified, Empowered, and Maximized. Supposing you're using a Katana at 36 str, that's 2d8+386 without counting damage bonuses from other possible sources, such as Rage, Rage Mutagen, Sneak Attack, and various combat feats and buff spells.

Jus Me thanks for the reminder of the Magical Lineage Trait. I was remembering something else for it... You know how that goes when you think it is something different and just assume you know how it works, but then look back over the rules re read how it actually works and say DAMN I was doing that wrong! Nice pick up Thanks again!
Yea Vaellen Im going with a Dex build so not only am I unable to use weapon finess with the Katana or Urumi (which I think would be awesome) but I am kinda funneled into the Scimitar or Rapier although always was a fan of the Kukri might check into that. Not saying that I CANT use the others, but with my Dex being main stat it just makes more sense to have it get me that extra hit chance and the lil bit extra damage. All of these they are all 18-20 Crits with x2 mods and with the feat or keen 15-20 crit or 30%. Only x2 on spells, but when the spell damage is 30-40x2 its better than just that d8x3 on a weapon with 17-20 20% crit. Also toss in Bleeding critical that stacks so the more crits the more damage. The build is for this specifically lots of bursts and in case of a longer fight hopefully tons of bleed damage.

Wakizashi would be perfect if it got the Dex damage from Dancing Dervish. Leaving IDK bout 10 dmg per hit on the table which at high levels 3 attacks a round 4-5 round combat... potentially 100+ dmg cause of a 3rd lvl feat choice is rough to swallow. I dont have a problem going scimitar and picturing it as some kinda Anime blade that is a scimitar but looks much more bad ass.
However, the Wakizashi Bladebound would open up for a great backstory. Your father thought he was going mad and commits Seppuku cause his sword was telling him to cause the sword is evil. He leaves you the sword and now as you weild if you have to worry about how it will react to its new master. Will it slowly corrupt your mind and lead you to the same fate as your father? Gives the the DM some room to screw with you later. I like it!

I see lvl3 Spells and not 5.
Intensified Shocking Grasp (Lv1)
Empowered (Lv3)
Spell Perfection on Maximize. Still Lvl3.
You can also use Intensified Empowered Shocking Grasp as lvl1 spell, or Maximized Intensified Shocking Grasp.
I'm also fan of adding Rime Spell just to make it debuffing over all of that.
Also I strongly suggest to use Elemental Spell of at least another element (fan of Acid), so you can still be effective against resists/immune.
Taking one level of sorcerer with Elemental Bloodline is also an option but I think cross-classing is really bad for a Magus.
