Is there a list stating which races treat Magus as a favored class and any benefits they receive? I don't see it in the books I have and don't have a mention of it in any of the race descriptions. If anyone can point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it.

Any race can choose Magus as their favored class. It's a character-based decision, not race-based. For each level of Magus, they can get +1 Hit Point, or +1 Skill Rank.
We aren't at 3.5 anymore. any race can favor any class.
I know that any class can take it, but in the Advanced Players Guide each race has a list of favored classes that provide optional bonuses instead of the 1 HP or 1 Skill Rank.
Ex. Dwarf- Favor Class Options
Barbarian- Add 1 to the toatl number of rage Rds per day
Fighter- Add 1 to the CMD to resist a bull rush or trip
Paladin- Add 1 to concentration checks when casting a paladin spell
Are there any like this for the Magus?
Some like the Half-Elf Summoner getting 1/4 of an evolution point instead of a skill point can make a huge difference when at lvl 20 you got 5 extra evolution points for you Eidolon.

I think he is referring to the Favored Class Options in the APG.
nothing for UM and UC classes
Magus, Ninja, Samurai, and Gunslinger were all published after the APG, and no races or race-related material have been added since. The Race book coming out in a few months might provide more alternate benefits, though.

Unless you took Thassilonian specialist you can still casts divinations. With penalties of course, but still.
