If you want to blast why are you taking dragon disciple levels? You are already losing 1 caster level, you really cannot afford to lose more. Blasters take the crossblooded dip in order to get a massive increase in their damage. They then want higher level spells as soon as possible in order to apply more metamagic to their blasts. Dragon disciple isn't giving you anything. Adding to your bloodline advancement is providing little to no benefit. If you want to fly just cast overland flight, if you need energy resistance prepare a resist energy, if you want to turn into a dragon well there is a spell for that too and you will get it sooner if you ignore dragon disciple.

As far as Sorc1/Wizard19 feat selections go I would do something like this (assuming human):
1: Improved Initiative
H: Spell Focus (Evocation)
W: Scribe Scroll
3: Spell Specialisation
5: Craft Wondrous Item
W: Additional Traits
7: Empower Spell
9: Greater Spell Focus (Evocation)
W: Dazing Spell
11: Greater Spell Specialisation
13: Quicken Spell
15: Spell Perfection
W: Persistent Spell
17: Spell Penetration
19: Greater Spell Penetration
I would start out with burning hands, switch up to fireball later on and at higher level switch again to fire snake or chain lightning. Make sure to pick up a Staff of the Master Necromancer as soon as possible.

I agree with burning hands then changing the go to spell to fireball. After that I'm sure I will pick up chain lighting, fire snake, cone of cold, but they won't be the focus spells.
I like dragon disciple for a few reasons:
1) haven't had the chance to play one yet.
2) I like natural armor (+7 between its own progression and advancement of bloodline powers)
3) I like untyped stat bonuses
4) 3 feats
5) I like HP (39 more at 15th level)
It really hurts at 5th level when the second caster level drops and magical knack doesn't cover the gap. But between the meta magic reducers and other CL/DC boosters I feel like I can accept the lost progression to reap the benefits. And Spell Perfection basically makes all concerns about delayed progression disappear.
Why would you wait so long to get persistent spell?

Anyone have any interesting suggestions on a PrC to go into at 15-20th.
My goal for this character is to be about 7 on the optimization scale (1- beer and pretzels & 10 - I laugh when I solo level +5 CR encounters)
This leaves some room to make suboptimal choices that are interesting.
I'm open to opinions. Pathfinder Savant looks interesting, anybody played one?
