My wife is about to start running D0 Hollow's Last Hope with the intention of running everything in Darkmoon as a series.
We have two questions.
Based on my statement above, Is the following order correct?
D0 Hollow's Last Hope
D1 Lair of the Kobold King
D1.5 Revenge of the Kobold King
D4 Hungry are the Dead
and then, though it's not in the series,
E1 Carnival of Tears
and then maybe branch out to
LB2Treasure of Chimera Cove.
Does that make sense? Do you have any input on more adventures in between any of these?
Which leads me to my second question.
D1 and D1.5 are 2nd level and 5th level respectively. Does D1 actually lead the characters to 5th level by it's end? If not, what would you suggest for a intermediate step between D1 and D1.5?

I have always wanted to run this series of modules. HOWEVER I do have one suggestion.
I would run Carnival of Tears BEFORE Revenge of the Kobold King. I think it adds more surprise to the whole Kobold King Saga, have the heroes forget about him for a bit...
That's how I have thought of doing it.

You could also tie in:
LB1 Tower of the Last Baron
PFS Scenario 43, The Pallid Plague
PFS Scenario 37, The Beggars Pearl
Which are in the area, as well. Players could be based out of Olfden and it opens things up a little more.
Love the Darkmoon Vale series, though I doubt I'll ever do anything with Carnival of Tears. Gross without being clever.
I can't recommend enough that she should read The Guide to Darkmoon Vale (or whatever it's called). My favorite PF sourcebook.

Picked up Pallid Plague to bridge Crown and Revenge.
Should be able to squeeze a level out of that.
However, I still feel like there should be one more to polish off 5th
before hitting Revenge.
IS The Beggars Pearl any good?
Also, what level is it? The page for it says 1-7 and I'm a bit confused on what that means.

Society scenarios are built to be played over a range of levels. You'll have a level range there that will be fine for polishing off level 5 although you'll need to run the experience on it as Society scenarios don't have experience listed within them due to the way in which Organized Play works (1 xp per module, with a level consisting of 3 xp)

I did just this. Some tips:
Make sure you prepare more forest encounters. You will need them.
Add more interaction with the people of Falcon's hollow, including a payoff for all the enmity you have built up for a certain big poobah in the town.
Carnival of tears works wonderfully before Revenge of the kobold king. It may not be to everyone's taste though. The level disparity doesn't cause much trouble.
There are also tons of different threads that get started through these adventures, and making a few scenarios around these could be a good idea.

I did this up to hungry are the dead. hungry are the dead has some background stuff in it which looks like it would make for an excellent adventure but there currently isn't enough bg material supporting it and I didn't feel comfortable writing all my own stuf at the time.
basically your introduced to the seals holding tar baphon in Che h and it names where the second seal is the dungeon of 10000 tears I think. sadly there's no more information.

To tie in TOWER OF THE LAST BARON, I did the following
