Prerequisites: Str 13, Int 3; Naga, Serpentfolk, or creature with constrict special attack; BAB +3
Ok, so who all can take this feat? If the semicolons mean "or", then any level 3 fighter can take it, which makes this feat a touch too strong IMO. If the semicolons mean "and" then it is immensely difficult to qualify for and doesn't do much.
As a side note: how does constrict interact with Swallow Whole?

I'm pretty sure the semicolons mean and. So you have to have the str 13 int 3 be a naga, serpent folk, or somebody who managed to acquire the constrict special attack as well as a Bab 3. Whether or not it works with swallow whole? I have no idea.
Edit: Reviewing it I would say RAI would be a no because swallow whole is bite based and constrict seems to be based off of tentacle/tail...

I believe the semicolons are meant to be an indicator of an AND/OR list. It is intended to be read like this :
Strength 13 or more AND INT 3 or more AND ONE OF Naga or Serpentfolk Or Creature with special constrict attack AND BAB +3 or more.
So, you must have Str 13+, INT 3+ (be sentient), and must have a BAB +3 or more. In addition to all the above, you must be a Naga, a Seprentfolk, or a creature with a special constrict attack.

Some monsters have it and you can easily polymorph your way into having it. It is a great acquisition for animal companion anacondas and eidolons, but outside of that I don't think there is a way to take them as a standard humanoid.
Alchemist's discovery tentacle I think has a painfully bad constrict attack on it.

I wrote the original turnover for this one, and Jak and mdt are correct with the prereqs.
I was tasked with creating a set of fighting style feats for "creatures with serpentine bodies". I didn't want just any creature with constrict to be able to use the style, so that's why I added the INT 3+ prereq.

Good work! A proper set of prerequisites that keeps a feat like this in the "hands" of monsters can be tricky to write up. Though it now is a MUCH less useful feat due to errata to the Grab monster ability.
Benefit: You gain the constrict and grab special attacks. Your constrict attack deals damage equal to your unarmed strike or primary natural weapon melee attack. Further, you can grab and constrict opponents up to your size.
Normal: You can grab and constrict creatures one size smaller than you.
POST-Errata Bestiary
Unless otherwise noted, grab can only be used against targets of a size equal to or smaller than the creature with this ability.

Here's an issue with the AND interpretation. Why does the feat say "you gain the constrict and grab special attack" when you already have them by necessity of prerequisites.
Neither bestiary I naga nor serpentfolk have grab/constrict.
For other creatures with constrict this feat seems to be mostly a tax before getting Final Embrace Horror and Final Embrace Master feats.

Ok, I'm hoping you're still watching this Tom, as I have a question on these feats. What's the point of adding Ability Focus (Constrict) as a Prereq? AF(Con) does absolutely nothing. There is no save for constrict, so nothing to add +2 DC to which is all that feat does. It is a completely useless feat, and it stops a Tetori Monk from being able to get the full feat chain.
Anyway, just really wondering the reasoning behind this useless feat tax... Thanks.
