Zen Archery, but wisdom instead of dex to attack

Advice

I remember a 3.5 feat that allowed one to use his wisdom modifier instead of dex modifier for ranged attacks. Is there a similar feat published in pathfinder rules?

Zen archers can get it. They're monks.

Guided Hand feat can do it too, and requires Channel Smite.

It's used as a class ability for the Zen Archer monk archetype.
You'd have to ask a gm if you can use that or the 3.5 version, as it's already in game, hence not considered unbalanced.
