When using the Charge Through feat and you fail your Overrun attempt, do you get an attack against the target of the overrun? Or do you just lose your chance to attack? What if you move less than 10' before you fail the overrun attempt?

Unless you have the Greater Overrun feat, you do not get an attack against the target of your overrun. By RAW, it seems that if you fail the overrun attempt, your turn is over. You declared a charge (which is a full-round action) and your result, though not what you necessarily desired, takes a full round to complete. Even if it's just five feet of movement.
A generous GM, however, might let you modify your action.

Disappointing, but your logic seems correct. Even w/ Greater Overrun, you still only get the AoO if the overrun succeeds at DC+5. Luckily I have Spiked Destroyer as well. Hehehehehehe.
