"I regret nothing!" - said before jumping off of a bridge with a bomb. The DM later stated that the news misquoted this as "I impress Buffy!"
I've also been a big fan of "SPOOOOOOOON!", "For America" and "They took our jobs!"
Also, pretty much any line from Team America World Police.
My favorite battle cry from a movie is "Anybody else want to negotiate?" - Bruce Willis from the Fifth Element.

internet meme: "Where is your god now?"
I actually used this one in PFS the other day.
Rescue at Azlant Ridge:
"Where is your god now?!" my character bellowed through the golem. Sadly the charau-ka didn't understand common, and moments later the golem shut down. Still an epic moment.

Hello my name is Inyago Montoya you killed my father prepare to die.
From a older DND home campaign in which (to shorten the story) a dwarven king had been buried with a bronzed gnome butt, the party had raided his crypt and began looting his body when the butt was finally taken he awoke to with the line
"Ye can take me armor. Ye can have my jewels or even plunder me axe. But nobody TOUCHES MY ARSE!"

SSSSSSTTTTTEEEEEEEEEEENNNNNNN!
For Context.
The whole video is awesome, but 1:00 is the relevant part.
As much as I love Sten, Leliani's one liner sold me on the game. Always been a bit of a sucker for fantasy church militants.
But for best battle cry, gotta go with two classics, Macbeth:
Though Birnam Wood be come to Dunsinane,
And thou opposed, being of no woman born,
Yet I will try the last. Before my body
I throw my warlike shield. Lay on, Macduff,
And damned be him that first cries, “Hold, enough!"
and LotR, on Pelennor Fields. "Ride to ruin, and the world's ending!"

It may not be a battle cry sort of is and a great line.
"Crush your enemies, see them driven before you and hear the lamentations of women."
"Crom, I have never prayed to you before. I have no tongue for it. No one, not even you, will remember if we were good men or bad. Why we fought, or why we died. All that matters is that two stood against many. That's what's important! Valor pleases you, Crom... so grant me one request. Grant me revenge! And if you do not listen, then to HELL with you!"

For ten points of geek cred, tell me who Conan was quoting. (The quote may be apocryphal, but it's popularly attributed to a real, historical figure.)
Oh, and here's a favorite I'd forgotten:
"Only one human captain has ever survived battle with a Minbari fleet. He is behind me. You are in front of me. If you value your lives, be somewhere else."
And then there's this one, which really is a battle cry in the strict sense of being shouted at start of combat to inspire allies and intimidate enemies: "Shall we dance?"

Nope. Sun Tsu came from a civilized culture, that sort of thing wasn't really his style.

"SNEAK ATTACK!" -Haley from Order of the Stick
*That screaming sound that sounds like a 4'8" girl with a sword about 7 feet long flying about a quarter mile through the air right before slicing a noble and his horse in half.* - Vin from The Well of Ascension (okay, not really a battlecry, but still, that scene was one of my favorites from the book.)

Close; it was a central Asian horselord, but a later one than Attila.

Genghis Khan methinks.
I was also surprised that one or the variant when she got her voice back wasn't already listed.
Assuming the bard with the bagpipes has gotten through the verse,
"How many of them can we make die?!"If the bard with the bagpipes isn't inspiring courage already, then some variant of "No need to sneak anymore!".
Darn you! Darn you into wool socks! Now I wanna make a Barbarian/Bard just so I can play an expy of the Scotsman from Samurai Jack!
oh and HTML won't work, use BBCode for formatting, there's a show button down at the bottom that has some examples.

I have no idea how to type this out.
OT: We still have the card one of my ancestors (great-great-grandfather I think) had to sign swearing loyalty to the Union after the Civil War.
