Want to build a Wiz 3/ Clr 3 / MyT 3. This seems likely to take some time, so I was wondering if anyone knew of one already statted.

Theme: the new PC's Evil Ex
Worshipper of Norgorber, except that recently she's turned away from that towards something else, possibly something even worse. (PC was figuring this out, so she arranged to have him shanghaied by a bunch of demon cultists.)
Emphasis is on Int over Wis. I'm thinking a certain amount of intellectual arrogance is part of the package. She was a wizard first.
Wizard side is either a Diviner or an Enchanter. Cleric side is Norgorber, though that may have just changed.

I really have no idea how to build this character! It seems like you could go all sorts of different ways -- mind melter, touch monkey, ray-gal. And it definitely seems like you could get some powerful synergies. But I hardly know where to begin.

DECIDED NOT TO MAKE HER SPELL LIST BUT SHE CAN SCRIBE ANY SPELL TO HER BOOK FOR FREE, AND IF YOUR PLAYERS KILL HER AND TAKE HER BOOK THE BOOK IS CONSIDERED BLANK, SO YOU DID NOT JUST HAND YOUR PLAYERS A BOOK OF FREE SPELLS. I BUDGETED A CLONE IN HER BUILD SO IF SHE DIES SHE CAN POP UP LATER. WHERE SHE KEEPS IT IS UP TO YOU, ITS NOT REALLY THE CLONER'S PROBLEM ANYMORE.
SHE STANDS A DECENT CHANCE OF COVERTLY TOUCHING PEOPLE, DAZING TOUCH CAN TURN A RAGING BARBARIAN INTO A STATUE UNBELIEVABLY EASILY. I WOULD OPEN UP BY SURROUNDING HER IN A CLOUD AND HAVING HER BUFF HER ANIMATED DEAD AND MINIONS BEFORE GOING INVISIBLE BEFORE SNEAKING OUT UNDER COVER OF INVISIBILITY TO WREAK HAVOC ON YOUR PLAYERS.

1) The clone is a clever idea, but I probably won't use it, because my campaign is getting a little topheavy with recurring villains. I have like five of them now, and we're getting close to the end of the main campaign arc. I'm inclined to give the PCs the satisfaction of occasionally just ENDING a foe.
2) Dazing touch is great, but it shuts down both toucher and touchee for the round. (Though I suppose toucher can still take move-equivalent actions and throw quickened spells.) And close to a raging barb means close to his melee-happy friends.
3) My PCs are optimized for dishing out stupid amounts of damage very quickly. The party always throws Haste on the first round, the barbarian rages/charges/Power Attacks the biggest target in charging range, the Zen Archer monk gets 4 or 5 shots per round for d10+8 damage (and that's before burning ki points), the dwarf throws suck-or-suck spells... nobody's going to have a lot of time to buff unless they go invisible. And even then, in two or three rounds there won't be anyone left to throw buffs on.
While the barb is the max damage dealer, from a tactical POV the Zen Archer is the real PITA. By burning a ki point or two, he can usually kill any single nonboss opponent in a round. An obvious spellcaster will be a pincushion very quickly; AC 19 and 45 hp won't last long against someone who shoots at +14/+14/+14/+9/+9 for d10+8, with additional attacks at +14 for as long as he wants to spend ki points. Throwing a cloud will help (if she acts on surprise or wins initiative), as will having lots of low-level mooks to be a flesh wall, but it's not an easy problem.

Additional details: she will be running a party of Norgorberites (sp?) on a treasure-hunting expedition. Party will include two lieutenants -- a Rog 5/Assassin 2 and a Ranger 6 or 7 -- and some low level mooks. (What would be a low-level monster that a NE Norgorberite might have several of? Like, half a dozen hobgoblins with a level each of fighter and rogue. Something like that.)
I toyed with the idea of adding a Souldrinker from the new Horsemen of the Apocalypse splatbook, but that seems like a lot of work at this point.

FIRST, PUT CLONE SOMEWHERE PLAYERS WILL FIND IT. THIS WILL POINT OUT A LOGICAL METHOD OF RECURRING AND GIVE YOUR PLAYERS THE SATISFACTION OF NIPPING THAT IN THE BUD.
SECOND, BUFF HER INT AND CHARISMA AND HAVE HER GO AFTER THE BARBARIAN WHO MIGHT NOT HAVE A WILL SAVE WORTH MENTIONING.
MINIONS, SHE SHOULD BE ABLE TO MAKE ANIMATED UNDEAD FROM BOTH DIVINE AND ARCANE CLASSES, COMBINE THAT WITH 5 OR SO LEVEL ONE SERVANTS (I RECOMMEND COMMONERS WITH CRAFT AND PROFESSION SKILLS SHE WOULD FIND USEFUL) AND A 7TH LEVEL COHORT (GIVE HER A TANK) SHE SHOULD BE GOOD AT BUFFING HER OWN MINIONS AND WREAKING HAVOC ON YOUR PLAYERS AS SHE CAN GO INVISIBLE, SNEAK, DAZE AND LAUGH AS HER FRIENDS GANG UP ON THE GUY WHO CANNOT DEFEND HIMSELF.

WHEN SHE DECIDES NOT TO BE SUBTLE, I RECOMMEND SHE TRAVELS BY SEDAN CHAIR CARRIED BY ANIMATED DEAD, ITS JUST A VILLAIN ASCETIC THING.
This actually works. The PC is an Inquisitor (Infiltrator) of Norgorber, which is pretty much the definition of subtle, sneaky evil. Having his ex be in your face eeeevil would have been annoying, and makes for good backstory.
That said, this gal will be all about the feats and spells, and that will need some work.

To my knowledge dazing touch does not give a save or cancel invisibility, which allows you to screw people over pretty badly while her allies take advantage of them.

You're probably right, but I'm seeing her as more of a distant controller. The sort who sits in her palanquin for as long as possible, barking commands at minions and throwing ranged debuffs and SOS. For this concept, daze touch is your escape ticket, to be used when the PCs have waded through your minions and are closing in. That may not be the very best way to play her, but it's what I'm thinking right now.

Like the build for the Theurge. Only would sugguest 1 change. Damphir over Tiefling. Damphir's get away with looking more human that Tieflings usually, giving a misconception of what she really is, and additionally she won't need to worry about carrying around cure spells. Plus if she gets desperate enough to channel negative energy to harm she can heal herself in the process. I'd also snag quicken channel too, as it gives her a nice action economy. Finally, there is a feat, I think in the ultimate magic but it could be in ultimate combat, that doubles the number of undead you can controll.
Oh, one last thought, 1 scroll of Greater Invisibility. With her action economy from quicken channel she could do negative energy burst and a buff spell or attack spell with impunity.
And give the cohort enough ranks in spellcraft to detect measures that would hinder her from party casters. Let the brainless mooks die against the part frontliners and have the cohort ready to target party spell casters.

If you can, have her create or control a creature with a fear aura. Even better would be a bardic cohort with the Dirge of Doom performance. That applies the shaken effect for a -2 to all atks, saves, skill checks, and ability checks, all with no save.
That -2 may not sound like much, but when she starts flinging spells the penalty to saves will be felt.
Shadows are another good trick to consider. They can phase into the ground and thus be virtually undetectable until they come out to sap your PC's strength. Combine that with something that hinders the PC's ability to target them, such as a Fog Cloud, and you have yourself a pretty hard encounter.
All she has to do is stand back, de-buff your players in the 1st couple of rounds, go invis, and buff her minions. Furthermore, if you use the suggestion above to allow negative energy to heal you, you will also be healing your minions and hurting the PC's in the same breath, a win-win for her.

OK, DON'T FORGET SOME HEALTHY PRE BUFFING, FALSE LIFE AND AID ON YOURSELF TO MAKE IT SO YOU CAN SURVIVE BEING SLAPPED AROUND BY THE GOOD GUYS. HASTE YOUR MINIONS AND TOSS UP A PRAYER TO BOOST YOUR PEOPLE AND HINDER YOUR PLAYERS.
WHILE DHAMPIR IS INTERESTING, IT TAKES A CON HIT AND DOES NOT HAVE A BONUS TO ANY OF YOUR CASTY STATS, I FELT YOUR VILLIAN COULD BE A HUMAN WHO WAS CORRUPTED BY WHATEVER SHE ACTUALLY SERVES INTO A TIEFLING.
