Running into an issue in the campaign I'm running where a decent number of folks can carry alot, but the loads are getting a bit bulky. Any suggestions on an item that allows for compact storage, even if it doesn't cut down on weight much? I know, portable hole is great for bulk, but it's pretty expensive for a low to mid level group.

Bags of holding. The smallest weighs 15 pounds even when full, holds 250 pounds or 30 cubic feet of material, and costs 2500 gold.
Handy Haversack. Weights 5 pounds, holds 120 pounds total (or 12 cubic feet of material total). Added bonus - the specific item your looking for in the bag is always on top, always takes a move action to retrieve, and doesn't provoke an AoO when retrieving it. Costs 2,000 gold.
Masterwork Backpack (Advanced Players Guide). Non-magical, holds the same as a regular backpack, but treats your strength score as 1 higher then it normally is when determining your carrying capacity. Costs 50 gold.

I was thinking more like a bag of holding that costs less but weighs more. How would you price it?
