Can rogues take 10 on use magic device?

Hello,
am I right in thinking that rogues can't take 10 on use magic device checks even with their advanced rogue talent that allows them to take 10 on skill checks? I thought I should double check before discounting the option.

Correct. Skill Mastery only applies to adverse conditions. Take 10 can't be applied to Use Magic Device in any situation, adverse or not.

The skill mastery talent? Yeah, if you have the talent, you can take 10 on use magic device. Best use of the talent, other than acrobatics.

So, the answer is that normally you can´t take 10 with UMD, never, so Skill mastery do not apply?

I've never had a DM rule that way, but seems like they may be wrong. Acrobatics and stealth are still good.

Well, I guess I can see how they rule it otherwise. It's not like UMD is perfectly clear on whether or not your can take 10 or not:
