Anyone ever made/found stats for an "epic" swarm , largest CR I could find was a CR9.
if i ever saw a cr 20 a swarm i would run away with nearly any character i ever make =)

Best I can find is Mandragora Swarm with apocalypse swarm template.
Make that an advanced, fiendish, half-dragon, apocalypse mandragora swarm and you're good to go!

if you need a visual for that insane mandragora swarm, I believe the toothfairies at the beginning of Hellboy 2 seem to fit well.
+1 for the run away option, perhaps even teleport away ... to another plane.
