Halfling Slinger Feat Question

The feat states:

Halfling Slinger (Combat)
You have honed your racial talent for slingcraft.
Prerequisite: Halfling.
Benefit: You gain a +1 racial bonus on attack rolls made using a sling.

Does this include the Halfling Slingstaff and Double Slings?

I always assumed it would work with all forms of slings, since Halfings are proficient with all sling weapons and the sling feats in the Halfings of Golarion book seem to be set-up for Halflings to get the most out of any sling they choose to use.

I was looking at adding this to a PFS character. I wanted to get other peoples opinion on it working the way I think it does. I use Hero Lab to create and maintain my characters and it did not add the feat bonus to my characters sling staff so I wanted to double check.

Hey Guys,

Can we get an answer to this question?

I discussed this with my local venture Captain, and a couple of our local GMs, everyone I talked to so far agreed they would consider them all as "a Sling" at their tables. My balance projections don't suggest this would be horribly unbalancing, in fact offering a decent alternative to bow builds would seem to be a good idea.
