Alright I'm trying to figure out multiple applications for rules for a polearm fighter. So first the situation
fighter PoleArm Master level 2
Grants Pole fighting
barbarian titan Mauler level 3
Grants Jotungrip and Massive Weapons
Living Monolith 1
Grants Enlarge person as swift action
the character is using a lucern hammer with base dmg of 1d12 x2
So heres the issue, Whats the reach of this character? What squares does he threaten? whats the base dmg of the weapon?
Here's my calculations, but they look wrong to me
as medium creature with appropriately sized polearm reach 10ft
Polefighting allows the threatened area to be encompass the whole area.
so
xxx
xxxxx
xxHxx
xxxxx

Enlarge Person makes my size large, which doubles the affective reach radius. So reach 20ft. Now here is the first problem
Is that first 20 counted from the edge of the base 10ft meaning a diameter of 50 ft threatened?
I think the base dmg now is 3d6.
Now I change my weapon to a massive weapon I can now wield in two hands.
I'm not enlarged and the weapon category is a large weapon with reach. Do I have a reach of 10ft or 15ft due to weapon size?
My base dmg should be 3d6 I think.
Now with my massize weapon in hand I enlarge myself. Whats my reach?
My creature size is large but I'm wielding a size huge weapon.
So is my reach still 20ft or is it now 30 ft? at 30 ft from each edge of the sqaure I occupy that is 10ftx10ft thats a radius of 70 ft.
Whats my dmg? I beleive the dmg should be 4d6. Do I count as threatening all squares within the reach?
So for even more fun what happens when I take lunge?
This character also would have combat reflex's and quick reflexs as a rage power designed to take advantage of AOO.

Sorry, but your post is very difficult to read.
A few things:
A Lucerne hammer is a two-handed weapon.
You cannot use the Massive Weapons ability of the Titan Mauler, because as a medium creature you cannot wield a Large two-handed weapon regardless of penalty. (No, you can't combine it with Jotungrip either, as Jotungrip requires the weapon be properly sized)
At any rate, no matter what the size of the weapon, the reach remains the same.
A medium creature wielding a reach weapon has 10' reach, with a 5' dead zone. (barring armor spikes, bite, etc.)
A large creature wielding a reach weapon doubles that. So, while enlarged, you can use your reach weapon at 15' and 20' but not at 5' or 10'. Meaning the adjacent and next square 'dead zone' and the next two are OK. (also barring diagonals)
Lunge increases all of those by 5' but only during your turn. (No AoOs)

Medium size:
Lucerne Hammer 1d12Reach 10'
Deadzone 5'
You can spend your immediate action to use Pole Fighting to change your reach to 5' (and -4 penalty).
.
While Enlarged to Large size:
Lucerne Hammer 3d6
Reach 15' - 20'
Dead zone 5' - 10'
You can spend your immediate action to use Pole Fighting to change your reach to 5' and 10' (and -4 penalty).

So as a titan mauler you can't ever wield a two handed weapon from a large creature?
If you pick up the large two-handed weapon after being affected by enlarge person, then the large two-handed weapon is appropriately sized (and you can weild it one-handed using Jotungrip or, if it's a polearm, one-handed with a shield using Phalanx Fighting as a phalanx soldier); the weapon does not, however, increase in size/damage/reach in this scenario (it's a large weapon wielded by a large creature).
To answer your question more fully, there are no Pathfinder RPG rules I know of that allow a character to wield a two-handed weapon of a larger size category. Period. There are rules on wielding two-handed weapons of the character's size category in one hand and wielding one-handed weapons of one size category larger in two hands, but that's it. There are also spells like enlarge person and lead blades that can increase size categories and/or damage.
As a side note, I like not having to deal with goliaths (or half-ogres) using Monkey Grip to wield huge two-handed weapons at 1st level (full BAB class; ECL 2, ECL 3 for half-ogres) and then stacking enlarge person on top of it for 6d6 weapon damage (4d6 huge two-handed sword increased to gargantuan).

Last I checked, Goliaths were Monstrous Humanoids and (in Pathfinder) Giants were Giant type creatures. Ergo no Enlarge Person on either of them.
Also, Pathfinder does have at least one method to wield an oversized weapon (which my current character happens to have) and that is one of the Tiefling alternate traits.
You have oversized limbs, allowing you to use Large weapons without penalty.
The ability in question replaces the racial Darkness SLA.

OK, so it was slightly less ridiculous in 3.5 than I stated.

Good catch on the alternate tiefling rules.

Thanks in advance.

Core Rulebook, pg. 144: "Inappropriately Sized Weapons: ... The measure of how much effort it takes to use a weapon (whether it is designated as a light, one-handed, or two-handed weapon for a particular wielder) is altered by one step for each size category of difference between the wielder's size and the size of the creature for which the weapon was designed. For example, a Small creature would wield a Medium one-handed weapon as a two-handed weapon. If a weapon's designation would be changed to something other than light, one-handed, or two-handed by this alteration, the creature can't wield the weapon at all." (emphasis mine)
Just as a medium character cannot wield a small light weapon, they cannot wield a large two-handed weapon.
