As of now my group is still playing Rise of the Runelords we will probably start playing Jade Regent after new years. Everyone in my group seem to know what they want to play already and I am always changing my mind about what I want to play.
So far we have
a monk most likely half elf don't know for sure who is LG,
a halfling sorcerer with the dragon bloodline working on becoming a dragon disciple also LG.
and a human cavelier who is a knight errant who is CG
So far my ideas consist of a human witch who will mainly have pacifist spells or a rogue/sorcerer with the celestial bloodline to multi-class to arcane trickster.
For Runelords I am playing a elven ranger that prestige into arcane archer and I don't think my gm ever wants me to play an archer again.
So any ideas or should I just wait till it closer for us to play to worry about it?

What is the max level for Jade Regent? If it's not 15-16, I would recommend against an arcane trickster because you will always be behind the power curve.
I suspect it is going to be 15-16. I don't really have any way to say for sure, but most AP's tend to shoot for about that level as much as I can tell.
As for what to play, I can't really say I've found much that wouldn't have been appropriate so far in the campaign. Social characters, DPS monsters, fun characters. They all fit and should work without much issue. None of the suggestions in the Player's guide are particularly ill suited though.

Just because it sounds like an interesting concept, I'd play the witch with the pacifist spells. Could be a fun challenge.
Well part of the reason why I want to play a pacifist is cause right now I am being teased a lot for my archer being the the heavy hitter in the group and really not giving a second thought about killing an enemy that would kill me. I tend to overkill the bad guys. My group would never see me playing a pacifist. I love the idea of being able to surprise everyone.

I'd stay away from getting pigeon holed as the party healer; you run the risk of Pacifist=HealBot. Yes, your party will need some healing, but you could take the healing hex and, for any additional healing, I'd try a multipurpose approach, such as ranks in Use Magic Device and buy some wands or something. Use the spell-slots for more interesting choices aside from Cure _____ Wounds.
(For the next game in which I'm a player, I'm leaning towards trying the summoner, but a pacifist witch sounds fun enough that I might want to give that a try, too... Hrm. Anyway...)

I am not to worried about the healing part from what I have been told we will have a npc cleric with us.
I wouldn't worry about that. If the NPC is Koya, then she won't really be accompanying you often, mostly when you're in the caravan. Besides, you should play what you want to play, regardless of its efficacy. I'm in a party that consists of 2 fighters, a barbarian, and a monk, proof of concept that unbalanced parties can be done.
