Natural Attacks & BA

Rules Questions

I searched for this but couldn't find an answer...

how come some monsters have multiple attacks with the same limb due to BA???

Just today I had a fight involving a Troll Fighter that had 5 attacks... 2 with each claw and one bite...

he had more attacks with each limb due to BA...

SPOILER (HIS SHEET): http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/unique-monsters/cr-10/grazuul

why some monsters have something like:

2 Claws +19/+14 and Bite +19????

Is there any way a player could get that??

no, just no

You don't get extra attacks for a high BAB with natural attacks you get your 2 claws at your highest bonus and your bite at your highest bonus.
-edit-...that sheet...it's wrong. it's from rise of the runelords? i believe that was written and released before pathfinder itself was published.

That particular page is listed as being "Fan Content", which means somebody else converted it from the original statistics. The original Paizo-version of Grazuul does not have additional natural attacks from BAB, and neither should that version. Creatures never get additional natural attacks from BAB.
