I came across this thread with a post by James Jacobs that mentions that there is some material that has been published by Paizo that is derived from Lovecraft.
I'm just wondering where I can find this material? Halloween is rapidly approaching!

Well, the Adventure Paths have included Hounds of Tindalos, denizens of Leng, and gugs (to name three). Also, the 'havero' from Curse of the Crimson Throne is extremely remniscient of certain tentacle-oriented things from space.
Paizo hasn't done any entire adventures in Lovecraft Country, primarily because Pathfinder is about epic victory and Lovecraft's stories center on utter helplessness against things unimaginable. That said, PCs dealing with something like "The Rats in the Walls" or "The Colour Out of Space" (as long as they're encountering the aftereffects, not the entity itself) could be run as a traditional dungeon crawl. I also recall a story, but not a name for it, in which the main character discovers that alien entities are swapping minds with the local humans, leaving the humans essentially as 'brains in a jar' that'll soon go mad from sensory deprivation. Body-snatchers are now rather cliched but you can still squeeze some terror out of the situation.
Also - recently read an old, old story called 'Nopalgarth' (Jack Vance, I think), which starts with an alien abduction and what seems to be "torture", until the human is shown some pretty irrefutable proof that every human on Earth is unknowingly inhabited - ridden, really - by a sort of ethereal psychic vampire that can only be excised with the same, painful treatment. Of course, when he gets back to Earth and starts trying to convince people to let him strap them into a torture device, things get complicated.

First, and most important, is Wake of the Watcher. In addition to the bestiary (covered below) it contains the article "Cults of the Dark Tapestry", which gives the most in-depth look so far at the deities of the Mythos. You'll also want to use the GameMastery Guide, specifically the section entitled "Sanity and Madness". These are a vital component of a Mythos-based game.
Monsters!
- Bestiary - Ghoul, Shoggoth, Skum (Deep One)
- Bestiary 2 - Denizen of Leng, Gug, Hound of Tindalos, Leng Spider, Serpentfolk, Shantak
- Carrion Hill - Spawn of Yog-Sothoth
- Wake of the Watcher - Colour Out of Space, Dark Young of Shub-Niggurath, Dimensional Shambler, Elder Thing, Gnoph-Keh, Mi-Go, Moit of Shub-Niggurath, Star-Spawn of Cthulhu
- The Brinewall Legacy: Ratling (Rat-Thing)
A few of these have expanded information available in their monster entries for AP volumes.
- Denizen of Leng: Spires of Xin-Shalast
- Gug: Skeletons of Scarwall
- Hound of Tindalos: Fortress of the Stone Giants
Also, a nice big article on ghouls is found in Classic Horrors Revisited.

I introduced a colony of Lovecraft-style ghouls in one of my dungeons and it freaked the players right out. The monsters had been men, trapped down there and compelled to cannibalism. Traditional D&D ghouls would have slavered and charged, but these ghouls begged the PCs to go away, not to tempt them. When the cleric said, "You attack us and I'll destroy you!" the ghouls replied, "We deserve oblivion for our crimes, but we are terrified that our souls would survive and burn forever - that is why we have not killed ourselves!" The players all wound up feeling disgust/pity, which is a tough emotion to get your group to feel.

Well if you would like something 3PP that is Lovecraftian to its core, I would suggest A Place Beyond Hell by LPJ Design.
