I want to introduce a pair of enemies to my players as mini-bosses, recurring BBEGs to fight against and have them be a pair of Channel-focused clerics, one good, one bad, and just synergize really well with each other to mess up a party of 4 PCs. The PCs won't fight them till level 4, but I want to introduce them soon. They're level 3 now. any tips? Build ideas?

This sounds like a fun idea!
Mechanically, CHA will be important. Make sure they both have the Selective Channeling feat, so the bad one doesn't blast his buddy and the good one doesn't heal the PCs. CHA will need to be high enough to have the appropriate number of exclusions via Selective Channeling, so it's a very high priority. As a result, you might want a lower WIS and rely on spells that don't grant saves (like buffs) so that you can spare the stats for the high CHA. (By the way, are you using an array, rolled stats, or point buy?)
Alternatively, you could choose to let the evil cleric use Channel Smite instead of Selective Channeling. You could use a lower CHA then, and give him some decent fighting stats.
Also, have you thought about minions?

Another option would be to have the good one be a Dhampir. That way the bad guy can channel without worry.
I had that exact idea actually.
@Jiggy: Of course minions will be there, I'm feeling a few Draugr to go along with them, and I think I'm going to use the elite array to keep in line with monster building. If the array doesn't work out how I want, it's gonna be pb all the way.
