This makes no sense to me: The DC 15 Reflex save is Dex based. To what save is the Con-based sentence referring?

The DC is determined by the dark stalkers Con bonus. If its Con bonus increases by 1, the DC is 16. If the Con bonus decreases by 1, the DC is 14.

DC = 10 + 1/2HD + Con bonus
15 = 10 + 3 + 2

OK, the DC is adjusted by the creature's Con modifier.
That makes sense.
