I'm looking at the Summon Nature's Ally and Summon Monster lists and don't see many options of creatures that can swallow whole, such as the Giant Frog and Purple Wurm.
Are there any others? Do I have any spell options that can give the Swallow Whole ability?

I am making an arcane hierophant that uses summoning spells and buffs.
EDIT: So, both Wizard and Druid; let's assume up to 9th level spells. I have access to all PF books :)
Basically no
apart from summoning a critter to do it for you your outta luck unless you houserule it so you can do it if you wildshape form is big and can grab.
I guess maybe you could cast a wish spell to grant yourself the swallow ability while in a wildshape form
The only way that I know of to summon a creature that can swallow other creatures whole is the one I am working on -- play a Summoner (standard archetype), advance to 9th level, and select the appropriate evolutions (Large size, Grab, and Swallow Whole). This works even better at 13th level and beyond, when you can make your eidolon Huge.

That feature is the only reason I am on the fence as to whether I should go Summoner or Arcane Hierophant. I've played a druid and wizard before, so I'm not especially excited to play a multiclass of them. I'm on the fence because I love spellcasting but I love the customization of the eiodolon. It's the Summoner's spell list that hurts, especially since my DM lets Wizards have access to all spells, and I grew tired of shooting arrows and swinging swords a long time ago.
I just keep imagining having a Huge, flying, whale-like eiolodon dropping on my enemies and eating them whole. It just sounds so epic. But then I think of how my Summoner would be standing in the back shooting an arrow or two every round being totally useless.
There are a few more that immediately leap to mind. Dire Crocs, Dire Sharks, and Tyrannosaurus off the top of my head. There are probably more.
