So I know that you cannot mix archetypes if they both replace the same class feature. But what if one archetype replaces the same class feature within itself? In Ultimate Combat, the Unarmed Fighter's version of Weapon Training replaces regular Weapon Training 1, 2, 3 and 4. However, his Trick Throw replaces WT 2 and Eye Gouge replaces WT 3. That shouldn't be legal unless I'm misinterpreting the rules. I know it happens at least one other place within that book but I can't find it at the moment.

I assume the latter are meant to replace Armor Training.
Its more likely the former was only meant to replace weapon training 1, as you only get 1 group of weapons. And something else replaces the armor training. Just a minor editing mistake. I feel comfortable saying the intent was for you to get all the abilities listed.

It'd be nice to have some official clarification on what was intended here but I'm gratified to know that I'm not crazy. Its odd that this popped up though; first time I've seen this kind of mistake in a Pathfinder product.
Then you're not looking hard enough. The Tetori monk archetype replaces the monk's bonus feats with six specific feats at the bonus feat levels; three of which don't even exist, not even in UC. The feat Prone Shooter "negates" a penalty that never existed (negates penalty for shooting while prone, of which there is no such penalty). In the Pistolero archetype for the gunslinger, Pistol Training is not stated as even replacing anything (though it's quite clear that it replaces Gun Training). By how Rapid Reload is phrased, it increases the time it takes to reload an advanced firearm by 1 or two steps (by lertter of the rules interpretation). Trust me, there's more.
The Unarmed Fighter is a misprint, and likely is only supposed to replace Weapon Training 1. For the Weapon Training 1 replacement, you're getting two weapons groups for the price of one (Monk and Natural), but the choices are made for you. You never select new groups (therefore not fully getting the benifit of 2, 3, and 4), but the bonuses still go up at those levels. Basically, instead of selecting a new weapon group, you get a new combat ability instead.
