I like the new PRD layout. One feature really like is the Index feature, since one of my biggest complaints about the previous format was that if you didn't remember which book something was in, it was a bit harder to find. I'm hoping it eventually expands to cover more than just feats and spells.
Anyhow, much nicer on the eyes!

nitpick: i would just have the index feature ALWAYS display it´s sub-options (feats, spells) since the space involved is minimal and it´s one less click (and is more obvious what it does, letting more people actually use it)
quick ´filters´, like for combat feats, metamagic feats, teamwork feats, would be cool.
the same could work for spells, i.e. by school, level, etc...
and/or unified class spell lists, esp. since Core Spells don´t list new classes in their stat blocks
(i don´t know if adding classes to Core spells is ´in the cards´ or not)
