Gaining Bluff and Diplomacy as class skills

What is the best way for a summoner to gain bluff and diplomacy as class skills without multiclassing? The character will be for pfs play and is human.

I was looking at the cosmopolitan feat, but i would prefer to use traits instead of burning a feat to gain them. Does anyone know of a simpler way to do this?

Fast Talker/World Traveler if you are human.

It's human racial from the APG, I believe, so I would think so.
