Get ready for one heck'v'a ride! (And little sleep for a few months!)
Third month of number two ourselves. It's... haaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrsssshhhh! Worth every moment, to be sure, but harsh, nonetheless. I'm a stay-at-home, so that has eased the pressure a lot.
It's really, really helped to have grandparents occasionally take the older one for a weekend. I don't know how big an age difference there is between yours (it's about three years for ours), but that has been a massive burden-relief. (Our situation is a bit trickier in that our infant, having been two months preemy, can't actually go anywhere or be brought into publicly-used spaces.)
Our first was fussier, but slept really well really quickly, and we had help from my wife's parents who stayed up at nights while we stayed up in the day for the first couple of months. This time it's all us!
Either way, it's a wonderful thing. I really hope things go smoothly for you, and don't be afraid to get help! Two children is a lot! :D
Peace and God bless you!

I love making it to school juuuuuuuuuust too late to get my son in on-time (after having spent half the morning looking for a wearable pair of pants for him*), but thanks to the persistence of a different parent**, I (and two other families, all late today for various reasons) do anyway!
Also: I love how happy my little boy is about going to school!
Him: "Are... are we going to go to school today?"
Me: "... yes!" (feeling concerned about why he's asking)
Him: "Oh, YAY! Hurray, hurray, hurr-ay!!" *jumpining up and down*
* I had this ready to go! How, between us going to sleep and us waking up, could they have disappeared so thoroughly?!
** They close the door at 9 AM and lock it until 9:30 AM. Said other parent apparently (doh-hohohohoh~!) kept ringing the doorbell. A lot.
