Flaming Sphere targets one creature... does the fact that it lasts for multiple rounds disqualify it from being able to be 'bounced?'
as a swift action you can redirect the spell to another target. Flaming Sphere can move 30' per round. If the spell moved its full 30' to get to a target and the target makes its saving throw, when you 'bounce' the spell, do you get an additional 30'?
Possibly within range of the sphere's original position? Would you get an additional 30' to play with when bouncing the spell?
The spell's range is listed as medium, could I instead bounce the spell to anywhere within the spell's range?
Thanks for any info:)

You can direct a failed spell against a different target.
Benefit: Whenever a bouncing spell targeting a single creature has no effect on its intended target (whether due to spell resistance or a successful saving throw) you may, as a swift action, redirect it to target another eligible creature within range. The redirected spell behaves in all ways as if its new target were the original target for the spell. Spells that affect a target in any way (including a lesser effect from a successful saving throw) may not be redirected in this manner.
Level Increase: +1 (a bouncing spell uses up a spell slot one level higher than the spell’s actual level.)

DESCRIPTION
A burning globe of fire rolls in whichever direction you point and burns those it strikes. It moves 30 feet per round. As part of this movement, it can ascend or jump up to 30 feet to strike a target. If it enters a space with a creature, it stops moving for the round and deals 3d6 points of fire damage to that creature, though a successful Reflex save negates that damage. A flaming sphere rolls over barriers less than 4 feet tall. It ignites flammable substances it touches and illuminates the same area as a torch would.
The sphere moves as long as you actively direct it (a move action for you); otherwise, it merely stays at rest and burns. It can be extinguished by any means that would put out a normal fire of its size. The surface of the sphere has a spongy, yielding consistency and so does not cause damage except by its flame. It cannot push aside unwilling creatures or batter down large obstacles. A flaming sphere winks out if it exceeds the spell's range.
I would say you could redirect it to another target as long as it has not moved 30-feet that round.
Now the next question is could you move it upon the same creature again (wiggle it), to have them save again?
EDIT: Of course you could just move it 5-feet away and then back into their square...but what if you moved it 30-feet already that round, thus my question about wiggling it.

+1 Ice Titan.
Bouncing Spell works on spells that have a line in the ´stat block´ section (before the description) that says ´Target:´ (one creature or equivalent). Flaming Sphere doesn´t have a Spell Target, which is always stated in that format, not dependent on the description text.
Flaming Sphere´s EFFECT applies to a 5´ square, but that is not the same as targetting one creature. As an example of the difference, you need to be able to perceive your target to target them, but Flaming Sphere will do it´s damage to everything in that square whether or not you were even aware of them. Also, multiple creatures can be in one square, yet Bouncing is explicitly only for single-target spells.

Flaming sphere doesn't target anyone. It's got no target. It creates a 5-ft. effect that is the flaming sphere. The side effect of standing in it causes damage.
At least, that's how I see it.
I stand corrected. In the feat it says, "targeting a single creature has no effect on its intended target". Flaming Sphere does not target a single creature and thus cannot be applied.
