I see this name in the Kensai recommended Arcanas but I cant find the description. Was not included in the Ultimate Combat Book.

That's because it's in Ultimate Magic, under the Magus.

This question is a good question. It's not on the PFRSD, in third party stuff or anything, so I guess that means that it's safe to say that it's just not in the books, and if the people with the books can't find it either...

So they just didnt make those arcana?

If I remember a couple of Kensai arcana were cut but accidentally left as suggested Arcana.
