Ultimate Combat book problem Order 1730868

HI,

I just picked up my last Paizo shipment from the Post Office and was eager to flip through my copy of Ultimate Combat when I noticed it was assembled upside down! Holding the book cover upright, the first pages are the ad pages, followed by the Index, etc, and all are upside down in relation to the cover.

Please help! Thanks.

If you could email us some pictures of that that would really help us access what went wrong with the book and possibly check our stock for more. As well as help us with a replacement strategy.

Photos are forthcoming. To me it looks like the cover was just attached upside down or backwards.

I just want to add that my copy, which I also just picked up from the post office today, also has this strange problem (cover attached backwards). Order no 1749894.

I'll have photos comming your way in an e-mail as soon as I can get my hands on a decent camera, but I thought you might want to know ASAP to help you spot any similarities between our orders. Unless it's just a weird hex affecting all order picked up today from the post office...

I just got mine from amazon and its the same thing. The cover is upsidedown/backwards or the inside is depending on how you look at it.

Also the binding is messed up too. Do you still need pictures?

Please. Since you got yours from Amazon, please check with them first about getting a replacement. This way the book will come back to us through the same route that it went out. however, if they cannot or will not work with you, just let me know and we will see that you're taken care of.

I just received my copy of Ultimate Combat, and while the cover is attached with the proper orientation, there are duplicate and missing sections in the book. The page numbering goes like this:
1-192, 201-208, 201-216, 209-216, 225-256.

So basically I'm missing pages 193-200, 217-224, and have extra copies of pages 201-216.

How do I go about getting this fixed? I can send pictures of the duplicate page numbers or gaps in the numbering if it would be useful.

Yes, please email customer service a picture. Please make sure you include relevant details such as order number.

Yes, please email customer service a picture. Please make sure you include relevant details such as order number.

Hi Cos, I actually already started that process with them, I just want to let you guys know that there is an issue with printing/binding and that is not just a one-off for the previous poster. Sounds like you guys may need to have a word with the printer's QA :)
