(I don't have access to the book yet, so forgive my ignorance.)
Is the "leg slot" now a valid magic item slot, or just a slot for the purposes of piecemail armor? (That is, can you be wearing magical leg-guards from one set of armor and a magical chestguard from another set of armor and gain any kind of benefits from both?)

there are 3 armor slots now for ARMOR
Arms, Torso, Legs
the AC added together is +1ac more than it would be otherwise and you am mismatch between light medium and heavy armor if you have proficiency.
taking the worst dex bonus, and armor check penalty, and arcane failure.
all in all you get more AC for your BUCKS.

Note that the AC rating for O-yoroi legs is twice the AC of any other armor type (including plate!). Why is that? When added together with the rest of the O-yoroi components, and taking into account the "full suit" bonus, its total AC bonus adds up to 9 rather than the 8 it's listed with in the table elsewhere in the book. Is this an error?

dock 1AC off the O-yoroi legs, problem solved, not worth a reprint.
