Just a quick idea I wanted to make sure was viable. Can a Gunslinger (or gun wielding Alchemsit) dual wield Pepperboxes if I have two extra arms via the Alchemist discovery?
I'm assuming a pepperbox is a 2 handed firearm.
RAW Yes. The extra arm ability as written would not allow you to fire four pistols because it says you can't get any extra actions or attacks, but it would allow you to get more advantageous two weapon attacks.
RAI no. The Devs have said that it was not their intention to turn anyone into dual great sword wielding maniacs (even though the RAW cries out for dual greatsword wielding maniacs with the force of a thousand helium sucking munchkins) and that they're looking for standardized wording so they don't do it again.

Titan Mauler? I think a precedent has been made, having two-handed weapons in one hand is A-OK

Where did the devs say that? I recall SKR saying it wasn't intended to give extra attacks, but dual wielding isn't doing that, anymore than dual wielding normally does. I took it to mean that putting a dagger in that hand doesn't magically mean you can use it for more attacks.
