Four-Mirror Armor: This armor consists of four plates harnessed together with leather shoulder straps. Two round plates protect your front and back, while two smaller rectangular plates cover the sides of the torso. Four-mirror armor is worn over chainmail to provide added protection, and comes with a spiked helmet with a chainmail hood.
This does not seem right. It can be worn over Chainmail, Giving me +12AC with +2 Max Dex, and its MEDIUM ARMOR??!!?? Tell me thats a typo Please James....

I believe that the Four Mirror armor is considered to always be worn with chain mail, not that they stack. The quote from the text is: 'Four-mirror
armor is worn over chainmail to provide added protection...'It IS worn with chainmail for added protection, not 'it can be' meaning it would possibly stack, the bonuses are already added in for you. Basically its reskinned chainmail to look asian, dont let the fluff get in the way of the crunch here.

Yeah, the price seems off to me, I agree there.

There is ZERO chance it stacks. Both are armor bonuses so they don't stack. You can't enchant two armor and wear two armor and try to stack them...there is already a rule that says only the highest enchantment apples and it nullifies the other armor.
And you wanna talk about price issues? This ain't even the worst offender. Haramaki is flat out better then padded armor by a LONG shot (like you use to have to apply +1000 gp materials to make it this good better) and costs LESS.

Four-mirror armor, 45 gp, AC +6, max Dex +2, Armor Check penalty –5, Spell failure 30%, Move 20 ft., weight 45 lbs.
Chainmail 150 gp, AC +6, max Dex +2, Armor Check penalty –5, Spell failure 30%, Move 20 ft., weight 40 lbs.You are paying 105 gp less for the same protection and 5 more lbs of weight.
I would call it a bargain for a low level character.
Unless you have convinced yourself that you need to buy and wear both armours for to get the protection I fail to see the basis of your complain.

With the exception of the Armored Kilt, Armor bonuses (which both sets provide) dont stack.
Armor check penalties do.
Feel free to wear as many suits of armor as you want.
