Are you dead set on having uncanny dodge? Have you thought about being a swashbuckler scout (APG)? With those 2 archetypes you lose trap sense/finding and UD and IUD.
For getting off sneak attack quite a bit you just charge in. Sure you take a small penalty to AC but the bonus to atk and the 2hander that's now in that guy's face says you are not a guy to be messed with. You can still take outflank to help get a flank buddy, but with the composite longbow suggestion you could kite the crap out of your foes; eventually get a pair of sniper goggles (APG, too) and sneak attack from 100 ft away, all you have to do is move 10 feet before you attack, which gives you plenty of time to get off a volley or 2 before the bad guys arrive. Switch hitter sneak attacking from 100 feet for a round (or two) and then pulling a greataxe to charge in to battle? ouch.

Although some of the hypothetical options being suggested are interesting, keep in mind that this character has already been played and therefore the feats/traits/etc chosen are in stone now:
Feat: Improved Initiative
Traits: Elven Reflexes (+2 init), Skeptic (+2 vs Illusions)
Swashbuckler MWP: Longsword
@Mike - So you caught on how much I like Armor Expert, eh? Yeah, it's pretty sweet. This character doesn't have it, but my wife's does. ;)
