ok. I don't want to bogart the treasure, but I'll take the ring of protection if no one wants it. Also I really think we should hold on to the wand of flame arrow as we are heading north and likely will deal with (more) fire vulnerable monsters. magus can use it and it would give me worthwhile shuriken for my flurry.
minus those items, the grand total is 33,547.5
I can forgo my share to balance out the fact I seem to be the only one taking anything. which would give everyone else ~8387 gp

Okay. We know (ICly) that we're going to be headed into blizzard territory soon. Going to suggest spending 5000 GP on Boots of the Winterland and a Ring of Sustenance (the latter can extend our supplies considerably if every PC gets one.)
I'm getting those, and also a +1 Cloak of Resistance and a +2 Belt of Giant Strength. Also going to say that the gift Maeve is putting together has a 500 GP value unless Nomad wants to say otherwise.

Is 8387 our final share amount for personal treasure? I used the 5k to upgrade all of the wagons, which gets us up to 40 miles per day. We have enough room to add another supply wagon, which would increase our range again. Alternatively we could tap into our personal funds a little and get an armored wagon with ballista. It'd be pricey but we'd increase our AC greatly.
Harlan would like to shop around for a +1 crossbow and perhaps a ring of sustenance.

Yeah, if you have a ring of sustenance, and wear it continuously, then you don't count against Consumption.
Not sure at a quick glance what the 'range' is, but Ulf recommends at least 3 weeks stores, with the ability to forage if things go bad. He also thinks the armored wagon is a good idea to enhance defenses.

Current consumption before adding the armored wagon with a range of 40 miles per day gives us 20 days of food. If some of us start wearing rings of sustenance that'll extend the range by a lot. How many of us are wearing/can find such rings? I suppose we'll need to sweep the city and buy them up.
The armored wagon is consumption 2 and because of the modifications we've made to the won't have a ballista, so it'll carry another 30 person days of food. That nets us down to 19 days range with the driver for that wagon. To get to that magical 21 days of food we need 3 people wearing rings.
Does Koya have the ability to create food and water?

Parity will also purchase materials to rebond a weapon, then first spend the next 2 weeks (I think that's the right timeline?) retraining Exotic Weap Prof: falcata into katana.
Second, he will rebond Suishen somewhere in the arctic .. .takes 8 hours.
Not sure if I'll retrain weapon focus to katana or switch to something else. Will let you know before we hit that 2nd 2-week period.

Also, since I do have enough left over after all the gift-buying for it, getting three cold-weather outfits as well.
And lastly....I just realized that neither myself nor Parity has had a chance to actually USE the Childhood Crush trait's power, and I think that's partially about the way Flex-time works (It also has to do with the fact that Ameiko's been in a coma, hiding, running a tavern, and so on.) It might be best, rather than play out the 'little details' to just let us have the charisma check at the beginning of a "daily" encounter while on the road.

Maeve's idea is basically to induce thermal shock on first creating a frozen layer of different consistency on top, then applying heat, and then when the next hit comes in both layers should crack much more heavily than just trying to burn it alone. Then one more hit to clear a good amount. It does work, I just made the knowledge check to see if Maeve would know that. Fire alone works, but to a lesser extent
