I've been planning an encounter with a Cleric and her corrupted cultists for some weeks, but now the day before the game, I realized that the effect I wanted -- for the cultists to be healed by the Cleric's negative energy channeling -- wasn't what the feat I selected did. Sadly, Necromantic Affinity's benefit only applies to Inflict spells.
Does the effect I've described exist in Pathfinder at all?

The ability you're looking for is "Negative Energy Affinity". Dhampirs from Bestiary 2 have it. The cultists could be Damphirs, or you could just have them acquire it through their "corruption".

3.5 was designed with Clerics not having Channel Energy, and instead turn undead, so it's possible that the feat could just be modified to allow for negative Channel to heal the cultists.
Also, there's a +0 Template somewhere that allows for negative energy to heal for 1/3 of the damage that would otherwise be dealt.

Yeah just make a template and slap it on them. With a template, you can even apply it to other creatures, including giant spiders, bats, etc that might live there can benefit. Perhaps it comes from the evil of the location.
Templates make things much easier when you are designing adventures and can add a specific feel to the creatures affected as well. My favorite book for this is Green Ronin's advanced bestiary, which has a whole list of them in the back, but you can always make up your own.

Terror Creature (CR +0)
Creatures with the terror template are warped by prolonged contact with the Negative Energy Plane. They are terrifying to behold and have developed special resistances and attacks. A terror creature’s quick and
rebuild rules are the same.
Rebuild Rules: Alignment changes to NE; Senses gains darkvision 60 ft.; Aura fear (as fear spell, 20 ft., Will save DC 10 + 1/2 terror creature’s racial HD + creature’s Charisma modifier); Defensive Abilities negative energy absorption (Su; heals 1 hit point for every 3 points of damage that negative energy attacks would otherwise deal; a terror creature gets no saving throw against negative energy effects); Immune fear effects.
