If you're spear fishing or the like, I would say its worthy of a small circumstance bonus (+2 or +3) if you were simplifying the fishing to a survival roll.

If you wanted to run it like a combat (with the refraction of the water's surface granting concealment, underwater rules, actually attacking fish, etc it would directly effect.

If you ware using bait or just setting up net traps... I don't see it applying.

I wouldn't go so far as to apply any bonuses to Survival (or Perception for that matter) for taking Blind Fight since it isn't listed among the feat's benefits, but I could see somebody taking Blind Fight as a result of having ranks in Survival from an RP perspective. Blind Fight implies the character's learned how to anticipate an opponent's movements or figured out how to use their senses to locate a concealed enemy. In that regard, I could totally see somebody with a couple ranks in Survival saying they used what they knew about finding fish to learn how to fight blind.
