I assume its errata, but why do the Drow warriors in the Bestiary have 1d8 HD?
http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/monsters/drow.html#drow
I notice they also only have a +2 to hit with the rapier, even though they have Weapon Finess, a +2 Dex and +1 BA. This has been changed in my copy of the Bestiary, but the D8 HD still remains and the PRD has both errors...

Don't all monsters have d8 hit dice except in rare case (e.g Death Knight)?

not by a long shot.
Dragons-d12
Fey-d6
MAgical beast d10
Monstrous humanoid-d10
Outsider d10
drow should have HD based on class, not racial. so d10 (unless warriors have a d8)

Nope, warriors should have a d10 HD -

Read the Weapon Finesse feat.
Specifically, Sean means the bolded part below:
Weapon Finesse (Combat)
You are trained in using your agility in melee combat, as opposed to brute strength.
Benefit: With a light weapon, rapier, whip, or spiked chain made for a creature of your size category, you may use your Dexterity modifier instead of your Strength modifier on attack rolls. If you carry a shield, its armor check penalty applies to your attack rolls.
Special: Natural weapons are considered light weapons.
The drow has a light shield (-1 ACP). So, the Drow has +2 Dex, +1 BA, -1 shield ACP, for a final bonus of +2 which is what the book shows for the drows rapier.
