Light Sensitivity vs. Light Blindness

Rules Questions

Okay, so I gotta say, these have me a little confused. Why on earth would Paizo put in two seperate weaknesses with two different names that do exactly the same thing? Both of them leave you dazzled in bright light or in the area of a Daylight spell. So what is the point? Am I missing something?

Thanks!

EDIT: for silly BBCode tags instead of html tags...

Both types are dazzled by bright light, but creatures with Light Blindness are blinded for one round in bright light, and creatures with Light Sensitivity aren't.

light-sensitivity
Light Blindness (Ex) Creatures with light blindness are blinded for 1 round if exposed to bright light, such as sunlight or the daylight spell. Such creatures are dazzled as long as they remain in areas of bright light. Format: light blindness; Location: Weaknesses.
light-blindness
Light Sensitivity (Ex) Creatures with light sensitivity are dazzled in areas of bright sunlight or within the radius of a daylight spell. Format: Weakness light sensitivity; Location: Weaknesses.

Well, aparrently my reading comprehension is horrific today. I completely missed the first sentence in light blindness.
