First, thank you very much for the PRD. I use it all the time when running game and it is a lifesaver.
There is one feature that would make it more DM-friendly when running game ~ if we could have a few compiled indexes in addition to them listed under the books that they were released in.
For example, a monster index that has the monsters from both bestiaries or a spell index that lists the spells from Core, APG, and UM.
Since I use HeroLab to prep my encounters, I don't always remember which book my spell/monster is from....

Indeed, having the "Cleric Spell List" actually list all the cleric spells would be nice. ;)
Of course, having some sort of asterisk or other marker to identify the source (so you know what book to look in later) would still be good. But if I'm sitting at work on my lunch break and wondering what spells I should prepare when I level up, it'd be nice to be able to look at a single list.

In case you are not aware of it, d20pfsrd.com has all of the spells from almost all Paizo sourcebooks integrated into complete spell lists.
See here for lists by class, and here for a complete list not broken into class lists.

I have a spreadsheet at Google Docs that simply lists all of the spells from the hardbacks / PRD in a similar way to how they were listed in the Core Rulebook. It also has various other character options listed.
