Can i get a profane and sacred bonus with my vindicator shield? at the same time?
No. Sacred bonuses and profane bonuses take away from each other (and cancel each other out if they are the same). Even though they aren't "typed" the same, they are meant to counter each other like light vs. dark.
For further insight, note that consecrate (sacred bonus) and desecrate (profane bonus) cancel each other out.
which can be useful because it means if you can grant others sacred or profane bonuses and are fighting someone with the opposite bonus in effect e.g. like a demon you can give it a sacred bonus and cancel out any profane bonus it has going for it.
