If I have D/R 10/magic does that mean I get D/R against everything except magic? or D/R only to magic?

You gain Damage Reduction of 10 versus any source of damage that is not enchanted by magic of +1. So that means that only +1 weapons (or higher) may damage you without having their total reduced by 10.

You reduce any weapon damage by 10 unless the weapon is enhanced to +1 or higher, or the attacker has a special ability to ignore DR/magic. Spells and energy damage aren't affected.
