Oh god. I would not allow ride-by, unless you want everyone in your game to be a Halfling Rough Rider (Fighter) that has Spirited Charge, that feat, Greater Vital Strike, and a lance. That's 4x damage from VS, times 3 from Spirited Charge. Plus whatever else.
That's 3d8 from Spirited Charge. Now roll that 4 times. That's already 54 damage on average, now throw in 3x str and other modifiers and you'll have massive damage fort saves all over the place!

I don't think the vital strike damage would be multiplied by the spirited charge...

Agreed, I think it would be considered Precision damage anyway.
So a Halfling Outrider would add +1d6 (small Lance) to the final damage with Vital Strike.
So a single feat to allow this for all there attacks then? If that's the case the wording would say, something like whenever you are do a single melee attack in any attack action you may apply Vital Strike, etc...
