Any plan for "Legacy" weapons? [Slight Legacy of Fire spoilers]

Is there any plans to provide rules or guidelines for creating weapons that improve in power as character level increases? The magus's blackblade and Tempest in LoF both have these traits and I'd like to see more support for these kinds of items.

Their Legendary Blades for example is a very cool and elegant way of doing exactly what you are looking for!
