+1 for the corner protectors. The book arrived in perfect condition and with some quick modifications, I had some really cool terrain pieces. Thanks!

I appreciated the corner protectors a lot. I have received a few shipping problems from Paizo. It made me feel that they are making efforts to ensure that such things don't happen again, and that made me feel even better about my support for the company.

I seriously stopped and thought "I don't remember noticing any corner protectors" before realizing that I've been reading the PDF and my hardcover hasn't arrived yet.

Agreed, the care and attention I noticed in this parcel was appreciated. No Styrofoam peanuts on my living room floor. Also, digging the giant logo on the parcel itself!
I love the new box, and as a cat owner, I really appreciate the lack of peanuts. (You have to track down every single one, otherwise they'll be playing with them for months on end...)

Yay corner protectors! Not a single dinged corner! The CP's and separate envelope for AP/Rival Guide were awesome enough to demand my first blog post. Thank you warehouse goblins.

Nice corners. I could also tell which of the two boxes that arrived today had UM inside. It was the one which even the local postal service, with the final delivery being the usual frisbee toss onto the porch, couldn't crumple. The other one was rather more battered, though the packing kept the contents undamaged.
I must say that to date I haven't had any damaged deliveries even with just the usual packing, but it's interesting how visible a difference to the outer box those corners made.

Guess what arrived today?
My amazon shipment with the newest Pratchett and some more novels.
Oh, and the UM package, of course. Really like those protectors. It also had Worldwound's Eleven in it, as well as the Rival Guide.
The Rival Guide was in it, too. And it was in an extra sleeve (or whatever you call those things - the packaging they use when they're only sending one AP volume) inside the package. Seems like they are really taken the fight to stubbed edges.
