I've read some of the archive threads about using these together, but that was before the chakram was introduced.
So...
If I've got Two-Weapon Fighting, Point-Blank Shot, Rapid Shot, and Quick Draw, I could full attack with a stack of chakrams, pilums, and/or javelins as -4/-4/-4? I specifically consider these weapons here because they're classified as ranged weapons and not melee.
It's a pity boomerangs aren't better weapons.

If you can carry them in a way that allows them to be drawn as weapons rather than retrieved, then yes, you full attack with them, gaining an attack from Rapid Shot, and an attack from TWF. The TWF and Rapid Shot penalties stack. The TWF penalty might be as light weapon or as one-handed weapon, depending on the the weapon, which may take some judgement from the GM. I would think chakram and javelin were light weapons, and pilum would be one-handed.
