Extra Rogue Talent feat with Advanced Talents

In the APG, there is the Extra Rogue Talent feat...

Just because it doesn't say you can't choose and advance talent doesn't mean you can.

Yes, the Advanced Talent class feature allows a Rogue to select an Advanced Talent whenever he would normally select a Rogue Talent.

Taking the feat Extra Rogue Talent gives you a Rogue Talent to select, therefore an 11th level Rogue taking Extra Rogue Talent can select an Advanced Talent.

No. Only rogues of tenth level can take advanced talents. Thus the entry on the table at rogue level ten. Ninjas have access to rogue talents, not advanced talents. Unless they change the wording in the final edit for Ultimate Combat.

Yes, Sir. As I understand it, that is exactly how it works, remember you are giving up a feat and instead getting a talent, and after 10th level that talent may be an Advanced talent.

I would say yes.

Although I regard many of the rogue talents/advanced talents as weaker than feats.
